Is 49 Old? If so, then I'm married to an old man! If you are reading this and you are older than 49, then Bill is young to you! It's all relative, I suppose! Bill's birthday is April 15 (yes, we know, it's "tax day"!) and we had a family party with Phipps' clan and Bill's dad.
