Alex takes a great gymnastics/exercise class on Friday's. He absolutely loves it and it's great fun to watch him get exercise and improve his gross motor skills. Jen is his teacher - he's been doing Physical Therapy with her since he was 4 months old! She loves him and really pushes him to do more each week. The kids that take the class with him are great - some of kids with DS and some have other (dis)abilities such as CP or just physical delays. Everyone gets along and it's really great for Alex.
