A trip to the Down Under Wine bar was in order last week. Here are the reasons why we had to have a girl's wine night:
1. Lynn's birthday was 2 weeks before and we needed wine to celebrate. 2. Lynn had to get out since she has a 4-week old baby and he eats (nurses) ALL the TIME! 3. It was the middle of summer with the kids' home. 4. It's hot. OK, I kinda made the 4th one up as a reason to need wine! We also managed to plan an October trip to Vegas that night....hmmmm......well, if that's the worse trouble we get into at a wine bar, that's OK! Don't you love our table top full of empty and almost empty wine glasses. Don't you love the slice of chocolate cake the waiter treated us to, in honor of the birthday girl?! It actually tasted as heavenly as it looks!
