We recently renewed our zoo membership - what a fun day with the kids! Did you know that the Phoenix zoo is also considered a santuary and that is why you can't always see the animals all the time in viewing cages like a typical zoo? Hmmm....we took the tram ride and learned some cool facts about the zoo. These photos are from a few weeks ago - funny, as we were walking in, Ben saw one of his school friends, Jacob, and his little sister Anna with their dad, so we walked around with them for a while. It was still cool outside, so it was a nice family Saturday.
