The Phipps family and Alex and I headed downtown Tempe to watch the Veteran's Day Parade! Guess who was walking in it?? Our BEN! He was marching/walking with his Cub Scout Troop! How fun to see your 7-year old son walking in a parade! It was a beautiful morning - a bit of crispness in the air. Alex had a lot of fun watching all the sites and him, Lizzy, Markie and Bella had fun getting candy from the candy throwers in the parade! Ben apparently had quite the good time, added bonus, he got to walk with his BFF Evan who is also a Scout in his Troop! Happy Veteran's Day to all Vets including Bill, Mark, and June.
