Isn't this picture funny of Alex? He has a sweet, yet mischevious look about him - which is pretty much Alex through and through. I can't believe how fast he is growing up! Alex is more that half done with first grade and turns 7 years old next month. Alex is a very sweet person - he calls me sweetheart and says I'm beautiful - gosh what more can a mom ask for? He loves to tell me, Bill and Ben that we are "his family" and he talks about Bella and Zachary all the time. Alex has had the same Habilitation provider, Kate, come for the past over one year. They get along so well and she has been so helpful in teaching Alex to be more independent and not be "crazy Alex", but a calmer Alex who listens pretty well most of the time. He really is an awesome boy and I'm very proud of him . . and yes, his bright orange hair remains!
