Lunch Out!

I love when someone asks me to go to lunch with them!  Today my friend Katherine said we should go to lunch.  What a fabulous idea!  We ended up going to a new  place for me called Romeo's Euro Cafe in Gilbert and her husband Greg came along too.  He works for a wine seller and he ended up treating us as it was one of his accounts.  I had the most marvelous food - let me tell you about the lamb potato skins with feta cheese and artichoke hearts that were out of this world.  Since Katherine and Greg are parents to Zachary - Alex's best friend, who also has Down Syndrome - we always have a ton to talk about and they are really cool people.  It was a great lunch and the only thing missing was a glass of wine - but since we all had work to do in the afternoon, we had to pass on the vino this time.
