My Birthday, 2010 was a good day. First, my b-day was a Monday this year - - -ahhh, yea...not the best day to have a huge celebration. I mean, it's Monday! Here is a run-down with some photos.
*Sunday (day before said birthday), Janet took us out for Joe's Crab Shack. We picked that restaurant because Terri and Mike have health issues and they need to be careful with what they eat - -well...guess what...they forgot and never came....they have since apologized many times and yes, I have forgotton lots of stuff in my life, so I get it....but That is something I will remember about my birthday this year! BUT, we had a good time and the food was delicious! At the end the waiter said he had a big birthday surprise for me - - here is me, thinking I was getting a big slice of cake or something...but NO....it involved his putting a CRAB costume on me and making me say, "I'm the queen of crab" during the pauses of the Happy birthday song! The boys, espcially Ben, got a huge kick out of this and it was pretty funny, I guess. sorry, you only get one photo if this humiliation of me - - but believe me, more were taken!
*Monday, day of said birthday. Got to Oregano's for lunch!! Yummy! Lynn, Elaine and Katherine joined me. Pizza, salad, iced tea, chatting, fun, laughs. Had a great time! Perfect birthday lunch w/the girls. Oh, I almost forgot, Lynn's side-kick, Bella, was also there.
*Monday night - Leader meeting! I didn't want to miss the meeting and also we had agreed that some of the gals would stay after at Macayo's and have a margarita with me ...and that's exactly what we did~ it was a good day and night for a birthday on a Monday!
