Since school ended in May we have been promising Ben a special night out with just mom and dad. He did such a great job in second grade - he really made a great effort and his grades were excellent. Ben also went out of his "comfort zone" and joined Cub Scouts. He also showed a great effort with that, working through his "wolf" book to earn his badge. I was so proud of him this year and felt like he deserved a special treat. So...we finally did it last night! Alicia came over to watch Alex and we took Ben to see the Transformers movie. Then we went to Dave and Busters and had some food and played a lot of games. Our night didn't end until after 11:30 p.m. and Ben had a great time! The last picture is Ben been carried out of the Tempe Marketplace by Bill - he was so exhausted!
