One of the moms from the Down Syndrome Network organized an informal gathering of some of the families to go to Ft. McDowell Adventures and attend Friday Night Franks. It was out in the desert a few miles off the Beeline Hwy. It was so much fun. You get a hotdog and roast it open the fire. They also had a wagon ride, music and smores! The kids had a great time and I would love to go back! It's free to get in and you just buy your food and drinks. Lots of cheap family fun!!
