We had a family outing at the zoo on Saturday. The Sharing Down Syndrome was meeting at 10 a.m. and paying for the families to get in. That was nice since our membership ran out! Anyways, we got to see a few of the Down Syndrome families, which was great. However, the zoo is so big, we quickly all separated and tried to see all we could before it got to be 85 degrees. Alex and Ben had a great time. We saw the elephants, the giraffes, the tiger and lion (lion was sleeping), baboons, orangotagnes, the bear and lots of birds and oh, don't forget the petting zoo. We were there most of the morning and afternoon and were exhausted by the time we got on the 101 for the 1 hour + drive home....yes, the zoo is 10 minutes away, but the freeway was closed and we got stuck in a major jam-up. All in all, it was a great day!

Ugh, I hear ya! We went to the RR Park in Scottsdale. It took us over an hour to get somewhere that it should've taken 25 mins. Great pics though, sounds like you covered a lot of ground!
