I was here today . . . . OK, in my mind . .. . .we went to the gym late tonight and I put my Ipod on and worked out imagining this picture....it was lovely. Why? of course we ran around all day today . . . First to June's so we could scrapbook a little and let the boys play, then to pick up Alex, take him back to the house for music class, back to June's to pick up Ben who stayed a few extra hours to play with Carter, go to two different banks, WalMart and Target, back home to scramble for dinner since I had nothing planned . . then, finally, the gym with Bill - - whoever invented childcare at the gym was a genius!!! I love that woman (it must be a woman - a man would not have thought of that)!
If you have had a day as hectic as mine today...take a look at the photo...can you hear the wind rustling in the plants...can you hear the soothing sounds of the water falling on the rocks.....ahh, yes, blistful peace and quiet . .. . . . .by the way, WEEK TWO of summer vacation (for THEM) is almost history on the books.....
